金融发展的减贫效应 ——来自中国的证据 学位申请人姓名： 导师姓名及职称： 培养单位： 经济学院 专业名称： 区域经济学 论文提交日期： 论文答辩日期： 答辩委员会主席： 摘 要 发展中国家的贫困问题一直是备受国内外学者关注的话题，各国政策制定者都对本国制定的减贫措施能否发挥令人满意的效果感到担忧，而且国际金融机构也开始致力于帮助发展中国家解决其贫困问题的研究。金融发展问题已经越来越受到人们的重视，那么，金融发展和贫困程度是否存在着因果关系，孰因孰果，其内部机理如何？金融发展又在多大程度上能够有效地转化为贫困的减少？解决好这两个问题也许可以为各国的政策制定者提供一条减贫的新途径。 目前不少理论和实证结论都表明金融发展在促进经济增长方面发挥了巨大的作用，然而要在贫困地区建立起具有良好功能的金融系统是一项十分艰巨的任务。本文写作的目的就是要以中国为例提供金融发展和减贫两者之间关系的理论和实证说明，借此来分析金融发展对于改善贫困率的重要意义。 在对金融发展与贫困之间关系进行理论分析的基础上，结合我国实际情况，利用计量模型就我国金融发展对相应的贫困减少的影响进行实证研究。分析结果表明：我国金融发展和贫困发生率之间不仅存在长期的协整关系，而且存在格兰杰因果关系。金融发展对贫困发生率的减少具有短期的促进作用，但效果不明显；而从长期看，金融发展有利于贫困的减少。最后，本文据此提出了实现金融发展减贫效果的若干政策建议。 关键词：金融发展；贫困；误差修正模型 Abstract Poverty issues in the developing and transition countries have received growing attention. Policymakers of various ideological backgrounds have become increasingly anxious with the failure to significantly reduce the incident of poverty in their countries. At the same time, the international financial institutions have also started to provide more support to efforts aimed at alleviating the poverty of the large number of that typify many developing countries. Financial development issue now attracts great attention to economists. So we would propose two questions: if financial development and poverty exist any relationship and how to make it; how effective does financial development alleviate the poverty. To solve the two problems will have a great meaning to every policymaker. While recent theories and evidences indicate that financial development plays an important role in supporting economic development, establishing well-functioning financial institutions in countries where poverty is widespread as a very hard and complex task.
