毕业设计 题目：汽车模具造型及数控加工编程设计 系 部： 级： 号： 名： 李艳霞 完成时间： 2014 年 5 月 3 日 摘 要 汽车模具最主要的组成部分就是覆盖件模具这类模具主要是冷冲模。汽车模具是指应用于汽车领域的模具，被誉为“汽车工业之母”，汽车生产中90%以上的零部件需要依靠模具成形。CAD／CAM技术，并通过数控机床进行加工，大大的缩短 了产品开发周期和制造周期，提高了模具的技术含量，降低了成本。相比之下，我国模具行业还有很大差距，特别是在汽车零部件生产制造方面还不具备为国产汽车(尤其是轿车)全面配套供货的能力，参与国际竞争的能力很弱。针对目前国内汽车零部件行业情况，我们必须根据国际汽车零部件工业的发展，综台分析国外经验，结合我国实际情况，采取有利措施，提高我国汽车零部件工业的竞争力。 本课题通过汽车后行李箱消失模雕刻设计过程的分析，以UG、AutoCAD软降为基础，进行了后行李箱外壳模具的开发，同时仿真了后行李箱外壳模具的数控加工，实现了从实物到生产的一体比，利用参数化实体造型的方法，突破了AutoCAD三维实体造型功能不足的局限，为汽车零部件更加高速、快捷的造型、生产提供了一种切实可行的办法。 关键词： 模具设计；数控加工；CAD／CAM技术；消失模 Abstract The automobile mold most main constituent is the cover mold.This kind of mold mainly is dies coldly.The automobile mold is refers applies in the automobile domain mold, by the reputation is “mother of the automobile industry”, in the automobile production 90% above spare part need to depend upon the mold forming.But the automobile mold basic formation must depend upon the evanishment mold the casting method to be able to take shape basically, then is carrying on some essential spots the processing.
