This system is special for the on-line course choosing to design both from the aspect of the student and the teacher. The student can choose the course independently and the teacher can manage the information of the announcing course, also. This system is basically used for the on-line information searching, the course choosing and the announcing course managing. Besides, the power of the teacher has been well controlled. The form is made by Dreamweaver Mx, the database is built by SQL Server and the active website is made by using the ASP language .This paper includes the main designing , the detail designing, the function designing and , before this , some basic knowledge and present development of the programs mentioned above.
