In the whole design process, the design and manufacturing software is UG NX6.0. And use UG software to produce the mould, and then analyses surface and dimenation of the mould by analysing function of UG software. Along with calculator technical development, the UG that as the CAD/CAM software turn to get at each realm broadly applied. This software takes the work station and the computer as terrace, the function of the UG CAD and UG CAM is close to connect with each other, insuring the synchronization of the CAM model and CAD design. It is one of the best and the most representative NC softwares in the industry, making use of it can produce excellent and available NC process path aim at any process mission. The main process is: Select the popular Aodi Car in current market.
