(1) 情态动词should 的用法：should 表示劝告、义务、建议、命令，其同义词是ought to; 意为“应该”，例句： You should do more exercise everyday. 你们应该每天多做运动。 You should telephone your mother as quickly as possible. 你应该尽快给你妈妈打个电话。 (2) 句中 should be allowed 为情态动词的被动语态。 含有情态动词的被动语态构成：我们知道，被动语态由“be +及物动词过去分词”构成。如果有了情态动词，情态动词应放在be前，成为“情态动词+be+过去分词”，为了便于记忆，我们不妨像记公式一样，称他为“must be done” 其中must 代表情态动词，可换用may, can, should, need等，be 是助动词，done代表过去分词。因此，在含有情态动词的被动语态中，至少包括三部分，或者说三个词。例如： Your work must be finished.
