摘 要 本文叙述的是xxxxxxxx学校食堂的施工组织设计。该工程建筑面积为4979.58m2，两层钢筋混凝土框架结构。设计中，对于每部分工程考虑了实际操作时的不同技术和成本要求，针对同一工程，选择适合的工序；在施工时间的安排上尽可能的合乎实际生产操作。设计的主要内容包括：根据现场施工环境布置施工总平面布置图；根据施工图预算结果确定施工组织结构，人、材、机等资源的分配；各个施工过程的具体施工方法、施工过程中经常遇到的问题的防治措施；质量、安全保证措施；总体工程的施工进度安排主要表现在横道图和网络图上，根据工程特点,积极采用新技术、新工艺；对重点部位进行施工，从而保证工程质量、降低工程成本。 本文主要包括的内容有：主要项目施工方案；安全、文明等施工保证措施；工程量计算及工期确定；施工网络图、横道图、平面布置图。 关键词：施工组织；资源配备；施工方法 Abstract This paper is the second canteens in Unixersity of construction design.
