If the bidding mechanism lack of fair competition and norm operation will result in the contractor units chosen on the basis of competitive selection are not the truly best. In this situation, the whole construction project will conceal dangers. With the development of the market-oriented economy and deepening of the construction and management system, the four systems including bidding management system and the responsibility system of legal person in construction projects, construction engineering supervision system and contracts system for governing projects has been the most important ones in our national construction projects. In view of the problems existed in the process of inviting public bidding, tendering and evaluating of bid, the thesis will put forward methods and suggestions how to improve the system of bidding .
