Methods: 554 cases HPV positive women were selected as object，who received two cancer screening in our hospital. Distribution characteristics of HPV genotypein was retrospectively analyzed. Patients with CIN2 and CIN 3 confirmed by pathology were treated with cervical conization. The HPV infections status after conization of cervix related factors were then investigated. Results: HPV52, HPV16 and HPV58 were the first three subtypes of infection. HPV negative rate underwent transanal was 76.58%.Univariate analysis showed that age, level of education, parity, severity, involving glands and postoperative anti-inflammatory drugs had no significant correlation with HPV negative. Multivariate analysis showed that postoperative sexual life had significant correlation with HPV negative. Conclusion: HPV16 subtypes is the major infections status of patients with CIN. Cervical conization has an obvious efficacy for CIN. Postoperative sexual life maybe the risk factors for HPV negative. Key words: Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia; human papilloma virus; Cervical conization; related factors HPV有多种亚型，30多种和宫颈病变密切关联，相关报道指出不同地区HPV感染亚型各异，探讨CIN患者HPV感染亚型特点对该病临床诊治有着重要的指导意义[1]。宫颈锥切术是目前治疗CIN的首选方法，术后转阴率超过70%，仍有部分患者无法转阴[2]。本研究对CIN患者HPV感染亚型特点和宫颈锥切术后HPV感染转阴相关因素进行探讨，现报道如下： 1 资料和方法 1.1 一般资料 ，平均（±4.2）1.2 HPV检测 主要仪器PCR扩增仪和快速核酸分子杂交仪（潮州凯普生物化学有限公司），试剂盒均由该凯普提供，采集好标本，按照操作说明严格执行，PCR步骤：高温95℃使DNA变性（氢键断裂，形成单链DNA，预变性时间设为3-5min），55℃下退火（引物和单链DNA结合，形成局部双链，退火时间30s），72℃延伸（Tas酶作用下，由3’段向5’段延伸，延伸时间1kb需1min），如此循环30次，每循环一次DNA含量增加一倍，多次循环(30
