围护专项方案 Special Program for Fencing and Protection 总体要求 1. General Requirements 现场安全防护设施要有计划，有步骤的验收，验收时分类别，分层次。对完成的安全防护设施要组织人员及时验收。验收时，根据验收表，逐项对照，对验收中出现的不合格项，逐项记录，并立即整改。安全防护设施验收，由项目HSE主管组织安全监督员、技术负责人、技术员和操作负责人进行，对验收的结果要填写定性的结论。 Site safety protection facilities shall be checked and accepted step by step based on the plan, and inspection and acceptance shall be done by types and levels. Personnel shall be organized to immediately check and accept the completed safety protection facilities. During the inspection and acceptance, those safety protection facilities shall be checked one by one according to the acceptance list; unqualified items shall be recorded item by item and promptly rectified. Safety supervisor, technical leader, technician and operation director organized by HSE supervisor for the project shall be responsible for the acceptance of safety protection facilities, and fill out the qualitative conclusions for acceptance. 现场主要安全防护办法 2. Main Site Safety Protection Measures 2、1洞口防护 2.1 Hole protection ——本工程的楼梯口、通道口、预留洞口必须按规范要求进行防护，楼梯扶手在没有及时安装前必须沿楼梯设1.2m高的防身护栏，并设置18cm高挡脚板，保证上下行人安全。 ——Stair entrance, access entrance, reserved hole of the Project shall be protected according to specification requirements;1.2 m high protective guardrail and 18 cm high toe board shall be installed along the stair before installation of stair handrail, to ensure safety of pedestrian up and down stairs; ——施工中的通道口必须搭设防护棚，棚的宽度应大于预留出入口，棚的长度应根据建筑物的高度设置，建筑物的高度在20m以下时，长度不少于3m，建筑物的高度在20m以上时，长度不少于5m，棚顶应用不少于5cm厚的木板铺满。 ——During construction, protective shed shall be built in the access entrance; shed width shall be more than that of the reserved entrance; shed length shall be set based on the height of buildings; for buildings with height less than 20 m, shed length shall be no less than 3 m; for buildings with height more than 20 m, shed length shall be no less than 5 m; the shed roof shall be covered with planks no less than 5 cm thick. ——在不同的楼梯口、通道口均应临时封闭，封闭时要牢固压密，以免发生安全事故。 ——Different
