Toxicological information Substances For substances subject to registration, summaries of the information derived from the application of Annexes VII to XI of REACH must be given. If a CSR is required, the information should be consistent with it. Where appropriate, information on toxicokinetics, metabolism and distribution should be included. From 1 December 2010 there are requirements to give information in SDSs for substances on Specific Target Organ Toxicity (STOT) for single exposure and repeated exposure.
