Because of its characteristics of creativity, timeliness and unfavorable confirmatory, their English translation are often different and haven’t precise assessing criteria, among which there are even miss and wrong. As the relevant researches on English translation of Chinese Internet Neologisms are not perfect enough, so this study is imperative. Based on this, this research aims to study the standard, principle and strategy of English translation of Chinese Internet Neologism by relevant data in the last five years from the perspective of Conceptual Metaphor theory under the cognitive linguistics. The following are main research findings: Firstly, two main standards about how to judge and distinguish good ones from bad ones for metaphor translation version of Chinese Internet Neologisms have been proposed. The first one is whether or not cultural information and implied meaning conveyed by Chinese metaphorical objects and English metaphorical objects are consistent; The second one is whether or not common cognitive of metaphorical objects and consistency of image are coincided. Secondly, three main principles about how to realize successful metaphor translation of Chinese Internet Neologisms have been put forward. First, the precondition is to choose the appropriate corresponding metaphorical objects to convey the same or similar meaning; Second, the key is to realize common cognitive of metaphorical objects and consistency of image; Third, the goal is to realize th
