第四章 校园秩序 Chapter Four Campus Order 第七十五条 学校应维护校园正常秩序，建立健全管理制度，创造和维护安全、文明、有序的校园环境，保障学生的正常学习和生活。 学校建立和完善学生参与民主管理的组织形式，支持和保障学生依法参与学校民主管理。 Article 75 The university should strive to keep campus order，establish and perfect a sound management system, create and maintain a safe, civil, and ordered campus environment，and ensure students normal studies and lives. The university should set up organizations and regulations to promote students involvement in the democratic management. It encourages and supports students to participate in accordance with the law. 第七十六条 学生应当自觉遵守公民道德规范，自觉遵守学校管理制度，创造和维护文明、整洁、优美、安全的学习和生活环境。 学生不得有醉酒、打架斗殴、赌博、吸毒,传播、复制、贩卖非法书刊、音响制品、电子资料等违反治安管理规定的行为；不得参与非法传销和进行邪教、封建迷信活动；不得出版、印制、散发、张贴未经学校审批的宣传品、印制品；不得从事或参与有损大学生形象、有损学校声誉、有损社会公德的活动。 Article 76 All students should abide by citizens morality as well as school regulations, and try their best to create and maintain a civilized, clean, beatutiful and safe environment for study and living． Students are strictly forbidden to partake the indulgence of alcoholic beverages or drugs, acting with violence, gambling, propagating, copying or selling illegal publications or audio-visual products or any behavior against the law in respect to the management of public security. Students are not allowed to take part in illegal pyramid selling, or religious preaching activities. Students are not allowed to do anything that will impair the image of a college student, the university or erode public morality. 第七十七条 任何组织和个人不得在学校进行宗教活动。 Article 77 Any organization or individual is not allowed to engage in religious activity on campus. 第七十八条 学生举行聚会，游行，示威等活动，应当按法律程序和有关规定获得批准。对未获批准的，学校有权依法劝阻或制止。 Article 78 Mass assembly, demonstration and parade must be approved in advance according to legal procedures and laws. Otherwise, the university has the right to stop or persuade students to give up any unapproved activity. 第七十九条 学生应当树立良好的社会道德风尚，爱护校园公共设施，设备，损坏公物应予赔偿。 Article 79 Students shoul
