跨国公司对国际区域经济一体化的推动作用研究 摘 要 二战后，跨国公司和区域经济一体化都获得了极大的发展。跨国公司作为当今世界经济舞台上最重要的角色之一，在区域经济一体化进程中起到了巨大的促进作用．跨国公司对某一区域所进行的国际化生产、直接投资、贸易等活动大大推动了区域经济一体化的程度。本文分四章对跨国公司推动区域经济一体化的作用做了较为全面的研究。第一章介绍了跨国公司和区域经济一体化的概念及发展现状。第二章从大的发面指出了影响区域经济一体化的因素，及宏观层面和微观层面，并指出跨国公司和区域经济一体化战后蓬勃发展的原因。第三章较为详细的从八个方面说明了跨国公司对区域经济一体化的推动作用。这个部分也是本文的重点研究内容。第四章讨论了区域经济一体化的迅猛发展对我国经济产生的冲击及我国应拿出的对策。 关 键 词: 跨国公司 ，区域经济一体化 ，直接投资 ，推动作用 Multinational Companies to Promote the Integration of Regional Economy International Studies ABSTRACT After world war ii, multinational companies and regional economic integration have got great development. Multinational companies, one of the most important role in the worlds current economic arena, plays a great role in promoting regional economic integration . What the multinational companies do in a region, such as international production, direct investment, trade and other activities greatly promote the degree of regional economic integration. This paper does a comprehensive research on the effect of multinational companies promoting regional economic integration within four chapters. The first chapter introduces the concept and the current situation of multinational companies and regional economic integration. The second chapter points out the factors affecting regional economic integration as a whole and the reasons of greatly booming multinational companies and the integration of regional economy after world war from angles of macromicro. The third chapter illustrates the enormous impetus given to regional economic integration by multinational firms in details from eight aspects. This section is also the key point studied by this paper. The fourth chapter discusses the rapid development of regional economic integration and the impact to our economy and our country, and the countermeasures we should take.
