A公司绩效管理存在的问题及对策研究

摘 要:绩效管理是提高企业绩效、帮助企业实现战略目标的有效途径,也是每一个组织、机构、企业人力资源管理系统中的一项重要内容,也是组织赢得优势的关键环节,强化和完善绩效管理系统部门的一项战略性任务。建设落后,不能为绩效考核提供一个较好的平台。A公司起步时以技术为依托,企业得到发展和成长后,原来的技术骨干转为企业管理人员,而他们缺乏对先进管理理论与方法的系统掌握,因此在绩效考核中,很多沿用了传统企业的做法。这些问题对于A公司来讲,因为与知识型员工的特点发生根本冲突,所以尤为突出。知识型员工的存在,对绩效管理提出了新的要求。
本论文从绩效管理的理论基础和绩效考核的基本方法着手,通过对A公司发展的现状、人力资源特点以及绩效管理中存在的普遍问题的分析,结合实际,设计出相应的绩效管理体系,使之具有科学性、实用性,以期望提高A公司的竞争力。
