本科毕业设计（论文）说明书 智能配电网中电动汽车充电站/桩规划研究 学 院 电气工程学院 专业班级 电气工程及其自动化专业3班 学生姓名 林 振 国 学生学号 200930083115 指导教师 林 教 授 提交日期 2013年 05月09日 摘 要 电动汽车是未来新能源汽车的主要发展方向之一，因其节能、环保等优点越来越受到人们的重视。充电站/桩是电动汽车能源补给的基础设施，所以对充电站/桩的规划建设是电动汽车得到广泛普及的重要前提。 本文主要对配电网中电动汽车充电站/桩的规划研究，首先对电动汽车充电站/桩功能定位、施工原则以及充电站规模分级进行一个前期的规划基础研究。其次，还初步探讨了电动汽车在充电的过程中增加的负荷对电网带来的影响，同时也相应的提出了几个治理方案。由此可见，未来大规模的电动汽车充电将带来负荷的增加会使电网改造的成本上升，如新建或更新变压器，谐波治理费用等，这些因素需要在充电站/桩的规划选址时得到充分考虑。然后，实际分析珠海市横琴新区电网现状及未来规划情况，确保未来供电满足未来发展需求；从横琴新区的总体发展规划出发，着重研究市政基础设施专项规划——电动汽车充电站，通过对横琴新区未来电动汽车交通密度的预测、充电站/桩服务半径的了解、区域配电网及充电站规模等级等等进行逐一分析。最后，通过一个流程图将本文规划研究的全内容生动形象的表示出来。 关键词：电动汽车；充电站/桩；站址；规模等级；流程图 ABSTRACT Electric vehicle is one of the main development directions of new energy vehicles, because of the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection more and more attention has been paid. The charging station is the infrastructure which supplies energy for electric vehicles, so the planning and construction of charging stations have been done before electric vehicle would spread widely. This paper focuses on the electric vehicle power distribution network charging station planning study, firstly the electric vehicle charging station function orientation, construction principles and charging station classification is a preliminary planning for basic research. Secondly, it discusses the electric vehicle load in the process of charging effect on power system brings, also put forward several solutions. Therefore, the future electric vehicle mass charge will bring the increase of load will make the power grids of the rising costs, such as new or updated transformer, harmonic control costs, these factors need to be in the charging station planning site are fully considered.
