It should be quiet, peaceful and suitable for study. However, with the development of production and the perfection of industry system as well as the increasingly prominent problem of campus site selection, the surrounding environment quality of colleges gradually begins to exacerbate, especially those colleges located in industrial districts. HeFei Univercity lies in the Economic Development Zone of Hefei. The campus is enveloped by heavily noxious companies such as Unilever, HITACHI, JAC, Giti and so on. Inevitably, those companies will contaminate the environment in their production process and then affect the normal running of school in some degree. Among all the pollutions, air pollution stands out. The sound development of Hefei College urgently needs an evaluation on the new campus environment. A positive eco-system, whose well-being or not deeply affects campus environment and its faculty, is of great importance to a higher education institution. Therefore, to re
