PAGEVI 论文题目：LPR系统的车牌字符分割方法研究 专业：电子信息工程 学生： 签名： 指导老师： 签名： 摘 要 车牌自动识别系统是由图像抓拍单元和图像处理单元两部分组成，它是一种以汽车牌照为对象通过图像抓拍再通过处理后自动识别车牌的系统。本文针对车牌自动识别系统中主要技术之一的车牌字符分割环节做了详细的研究。 对车牌图像进行准确地分割，必须得到图像效果较好的车牌二值化图像，因此本文对车牌字符分割的图像预处理进行了研究，特别是车牌图像二值化之后的去噪处理，包括开运算、闭运算、去除边框、去除圆点等。 针对LPR系统的车牌字符分割技术，目前提出来的研究方法也很多，因为基于彩色信息的方法计算量大并且受图像亮度影响大，所以本文主要研究基于灰度特征分析的方法。 本课题是要实现从车辆图片中提取车牌,并准确分割出车牌字符的功能，并提出利用垂直投影法进行车牌字符分割。 【关键词】字符分割，二值化，投影法 【论文类型】论文型 Title: The LPR system of license plate character segmentation method research Major: Electronic information engineering Name： Signature:_______ Supervisor： Signature:_______ ABSTRACT Automatic license plate recognition system is composed of image capture and image processing units in two parts, it is a kind of license plates as object through the images captured by processing again after the automatic recognition of license plate system. Based on license plate automatic recognition system of license plate character segmentation, one of the main technical link to do a detailed research. Accurately the license plate image segmentation, image must be the license plate image binarization with better effect, so in this paper, the license plate character segmentation of image preprocessing are studied, especially the license plate image binarization after denoising processing, including opening operation and closing operation, remove borders, dot, etc. Technology of license plate character segmentation in LPR system, it put forward the research method is very much also, because the method based on color information large amount of calculation and affected by the image brightness, so this paper research is based on the analysis of the grey characteristics.
