氧化沟工艺处理万吨生活污水设计.doc

摘要 随着经济社会的快速发展，生活污水的大量排放，使环境受到很大程度的污染。近年来,针对各类污水的处理工艺已有突飞猛进的发展,而生活污水占据及其重要的部分,因此对生活污水的处理尤为重要。生活污水中氮、磷含量很大，大量消耗水体中的溶解氧,导致水体富营养化,引起严重的环境污染,它不仅在经济上造成损失,而且危害人类健康。 本课题的总规模为20万吨/日，所处理的污水主要污染物有COD、BOD5、SS和NH3-N等物质,为使出水达到国家综合污水排放标准（GB8978-1996）二级标准，故本次设计采用处理效率较高的卡鲁塞尔2000 型氧化沟处理工艺。该工艺不仅能去除BOD5与COD，而且还具备硝化和一定的脱氮除磷作用，使出水NH3-N低于排放标准。 该污水的处理流程为：原水经粗格栅及提升泵房、细格栅、曝气沉砂池、氧化沟、二沉池经接触消毒池消毒后排出至沟渠；污泥的流程为：从二沉池排出的剩余污泥首先进入浓缩池，进行污泥浓缩，然后依次进入储泥池、脱水泵房、泥饼外运。 关键词：生活污水；卡鲁塞尔2000型氧化沟；污泥浓缩脱水；脱氮除磷 Abstract With the rapid development of economy and society, the large amount of sewage is discharged, the environment is polluted by a lot of pollution..?In recent years, the treatment technology for various sewage has been developed rapidly, while the sewage occupied and the important part of the sewage treatment, so the treatment of sewage is particularly important.?Life sewage nitrogen, phosphorus content of large amount consumption of dissolved oxygen in water, leading to eutrophication, cause serious pollution to the environment.
