大学学位论文高校教师职业满意度调查分析
摘 要
为了解高校教师的职业满意度,本文以宿州学院教师为样本,设计调查问卷对该校教师职业满意度进行调查.利用EXCEL和SPSS 16.0软件操作,对收集到的数据进行整理分析,结果发现,从总体上看,宿州学院教师对教师职业的满意度较高,约占总调查人数的91.34%,其中,在工作自身、工作环境、人际交流方面处于比较满意水平,在回报层面处于相对不满意水平.此外,不同系别、年龄、性别、学历的教师满意度存在差异,高校管理层应做出合理化决策,提高教师职业满意度.

ABSTRACT
In order to understand the degree of occupation satisfaction of university teachers, taking the teachers of Suzhou University as samples, a questionnaire to the degree of teachers’ occupation satisfaction is designed. Collected data is analyzed by using software EXCEL and SPSS 16.0, and the results show that most, nearly 91.34%, of the teachers are satisfied with their occupation, of which, the aspects of the work itself, working environment and the interpersonal communication are at a satisfactory level, but the aspect of reward is at a relatively dissatisfactory level. In addition, differences of degree of occupation satisfaction exist among teachers of different age, gender and department. Reasonable policy should be made to improve teachers’ degree of occupation satisfaction by the college administrators.
