企业物流仓储管理的现状及发展方向研究 Research on the present situation of Warehouse Management and its development direction in the enterprise’s logistic  摘要 现代物流管理是以物的动态流转作为主要研究对象，揭示了运输、储存、包装、装卸搬运、配送、流通加工和信息处理等物流活动的内在联系，使物流活动从经济活动凸现出来。其中，作为创造了物流系统的时间效益的物流仓储系统，它是物流系统中一个很重要的子系统，是供应和消费之间的中间环节，起着缓冲和平衡的作用，因此，对物流仓储系统的管理研究成为人们对物流管理研究的热点之一。 本文首先系统阐述了现代物流企业仓储管理的基本概念和理论，结合我国仓储的发展历程及现状，研究如何实现仓储管理的优化。在研究中，采用定量和定性分析、横向和纵向对比等方法，对仓储控制的手段、模型等进行了分析，并指出了目前我国仓储管理中存在的一些问题及对策,为我国未来的仓储管理指明了方向。 关键词： 仓储管理 供应链 ABC分析法 Research on the present situation of Warehouse management and its development direction in enterprise’ logistic Abstract Logistics management thinks of the article’s dynamical flow as its major research object, and discovers essential relationship among such logistics activities as transportation, storage, loading /unloading and carrying, package, distribution, circulation process and information handling, which allows them stand out from economic activities. Among them, warehouse system as producing time benefit of logistics system is an extremely important subsystem, which is a bridge between supply and consumption, and functions as a cushion and balancer too. Consequently, management research on warehouse system becomes one of focuses of logistics management research during these decades. The paper firstly systematically introduces basic concept and theory of warehouse system management of modern logistics enterprises, then establishes the develop process and state from home and broad, study how to optimize the warehousing management. Use the quantitative and the qualitative analysis, the crosswise comparison and the longitudinal contrast ，analyze the object, means and model of inventory control, proposed some problems and countermeasures in the process of its development, in the end indicated the future of warehousing management in our country.
