内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业论文 题 目：加工园区固体废物处理项目可行性研究 学生姓名： 学 号： 专 业：环境工程 班 级：2008-1班 指导教师： 摘 要 加工园区固体废物处理项目的可行性研究，通过对项目的主要内容和配套条件，如项目背景、建设条件、建设规模、主要经济技术指标、工艺路线、设备选型、工程设计、环境影响及保护措施、节能设计、消防方案等，从技术 、经济、工程等方面进行调查研究和分析比较。对项目建成以后可能取得的财务效益进行预测，并分析存在的风险并采取防控措施。从而提出该项目是否值得投资以及如何进行建设的公正的、可靠的、科学的建议，为项目决策提供依据。 在今后较长的一段时期内，我国固体废物的处理仍将以填埋法为主，焚烧处理的比重将增大。鉴于此，本项目从具体实际出发，优化方案设计，最大程度地减少固体废物的危害，同时要考虑节省项目投资。该项目涉及一般工业废物的填埋，医疗垃圾和园区职工生活垃圾的焚烧，填埋场渗滤液的收集与处理，填埋气的收集与利用、厂区的环境监测等。 关键字：Abstract The feasibility study on the project of solid waste disposal about the processing zone, is made by conducting an investigation with research and analysis with comparison on the main contents and the related conditions of the project, such as background of the project, term for the construction, scale of the construction, the main technical and economic indexes, operational path, selection of equipments, engineering design, environmental impact and corresponding protective measures, energy-saving design, fire control scheme and so on, from the point of view of technology, economy and engineering. Carry on an forecast on the financial benefits that may be made after the completion of the project, and analyse the risk also take measures of prevention and control. So as to put forward a fair, reliable, scientific advice of whether the project is worth investing and how to construct, providing the basis for project decision-making. In the next longer period of time, the disposal of solid waste in our country will still give priority to landfill method, the proportion of burning treatment will be increased. Given this, this project proceeds from the specific situation, to optimize the scheme design and minimize the dangers of solid waste. in addition, the savings of projects investment should be considered.
