本11机制毕业生毕业论文 题 目: 基于PLC在车间物料运输上的应用 院系名称： 电子电气工程系 专业班级： 本11机制电 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 徐贵认 教师职称： 讲师 2013年9月3日  摘要 工业的发达程度是衡量一个国家综合国力的标准。而PLC控制是目前工业上最常用的自动控制方法，由于其控制方便，能够承受恶劣环境，因此，在工业上优于单片机控制。PLC将传统的继电器控制技术、计算机技术和通信技术融为一体，专门为工业控制而设计，具有功能强、通用灵活、可靠性高、环境适应性强、编程简单、使用方便以及体积小、重量轻等一系列优点，因此在工业上的应用越来越广泛。 物料输送线在工厂生产中占据主要地位，它关系到生产是否能够正常进行，因此物料输送线的自动化控制的研究就变的很有必要。实现自动化的控制不仅可以使劳动力从重体力劳动中解脱出来还可以使生产的过程控制更加准确。 本文主要讲述PLC在物料运输中的应用，利用可编程控制器(PLC)，设计效率高、成本低的自动物料运输系统。以PLC为主控制器，结合气动装置、传感技术、位置控制技术，现场控制物料运输。本系统具有自动化程度高、运行稳定、精度高、易控制的特点。 关键词：PLC、步进电机、传感器 Title Application of PLC in the workshop material transport based on Abstract Industry developed degree is the measure of a countrys comprehensive national strength.
