Haining dyeing and printing industry development have exists some problems. For example, the level of industry is relatively low; technology level is not high；elements are shortage; the burden of energy conservation and emission reduction are heavy; competition intensifies in perimeter zone. To solve the problems that dyeing and printing industry is facing, the backward production process and equipment should be abandoned; printing and dyeing enterprises which is advantageous should be developed, advanced technology and equipment should be introduced; to strengthen the ecological environment protection should be strengthened. Solve the problems, dyeing and printing industry is facing backward production techniques from elimination equipment, development advantage and introducing advanced technology dyeing companies with equipment, the implementation of brand strategy, strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction, accelerate convergence, strengthen environmental governance, constructing innovative service platform of this a few aspects.
