毕业设计说明书（论文）中文摘要 基础工业工程主要讲经典工业工程的三大内容、四大手法——程序分析、作业分析和工作研究。程序分析是工作研究的基础；工作研究又包括方法研究和作业测定。其中，程序分析、作业分析、方法研究和作业测定是“IE七手法”中所公认的四大手法。 本文从基础工业工程的知识为理论基础，提出从多个层次来改善生产线和消除作业过程的时间浪费，以我国中小服装企业为对象，对服装生产的程序分析、操作分析、作业测定、生产线平衡和劳动定额进行了优化分析。在中小型服装企业中制定出适合本行业的标准工时，以用来进行生产管理，制定工时定额及规范操作动作等方便企业生产，提高企业在生产管理方面的科学化与标准化，从而提高企业的生产效率。 关键词 基础工业工程 作业测定 生产线平衡 劳动定额 生产效率 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 Title Based processing enterprises in industrial engineering in the application of certain Abstract Basic industrial engineering mainly introducte about the three classic content, the four practices - program analysis, job analysis and work study of the industrial engineering. program analysis is based on Work Study; work research also includes method and work measurement. Among them, program analysis, operations analysis, and work measurement method is IE seven practices in the generally accepted four practices. In this paper, basic industrial engineering knowledge based on the theory, made from multiple layers to improve production lines and eliminate wasted time of job processes, to our small and medium garment enterprises as an object, the garment production process analysis, operational analysis, work measurement, line balancing and Labor quota were optimized. In small and medium garment enterprises in the industry to develop a suitable standard working hours, to be used for production management, the development of fixed working hours and standardizing operations and other actions to facilitate production, improve enterprise in the production of scientific and standardized management, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
