Internet for information exchange between the LAN is not necessary, this design is for the local area network designed to communicate with each other within a local area network based on the Java programming language through this design, and transfer files software to enhance the ability of self-practice,and understanding of communications software design techniques. The design,which included in the IP Messenger software is written in Java , can send information and make file transfers between the host.
