This artial analyse the acquisition and transmission process of cutting force signal and build a cutting force test system based on LabVIEW and the microcontroller . The test system can achieve the collection and monitoring of the single and three channels of cutting force .Besides the storage ,real-time display, on-line monitoring of the collected data and the creation of empirical formula can be completed too .Through the measurements and experiments of the power signal ,it proved that the test system which baseded on LabVIEW and microcontroller is convenient, low-cost, practical, and reliable . The atical specifically introduce the structural composition and test process of the cutting force test system , develope the design of cutting force test system and determine the selection of the microcontroller and the components. Besides,it designed the circuit diagram of the hardware of cutting force test system,drawing the flow chart of process and write a test program.These provides a good user interface and make the operation simple and easy.
