A Clinical Study Of The Chinese Medicine Mianbupiyantang In The Treatment Of Facial Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis and its influence on IgE Specialty: Dermatology, Surgery of TCM Tutor: Professor Tang Zhikun Author: Wu Yadong Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Manbupiyantang in the treating Facial Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis, explore the therapy mechanism of Manbupiyantangin FCsAD. Method: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in treatment group, treated with Mianbupiyantang, 30 cases in control group, treated with Mizolastine,two groups were treating for 4 weeks （one week was one course of treatment） . Each course observation records condition changes, Treatment after 4 weeks judge and effect on the influence of the IgE. Result: The treatment group healed rate was 56.7%, the total effective rate was 93.3%, the control group healed rate was 30%, the total effective rate was 83.3%, two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion: Manbupiyantang for treatment Facial Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis of Heat-toxic Chisheng Type.an definite effect and the recurrence rate is low,its mechanism may be its anti-inflammatory and anti-allergy disease and resistance of the microbial and antioxidant.
