Clinical Study on the Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in Treating Stable Angina Pectoris with Coagulated Cold Heart Pulse Syndrome and Its Effect on CD31、CD62P Speciality：Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in Cardiology Author：Su Linlin Tutor：Prof. Zhang Shiliang Abstract Objective:Discussion of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in treatment of stable angina pectoris(SAP)with Coagulated Cold Heart Pulse Syndroe in clinical efficacy and CD31, CD62P effect.Meathods:Will meet the test standard in 60 patients with stable angina patients using a randomized, controlled clinical study, divided into 30 cases in the control group, 30 cases in the treatment group, control group was given conventional crown expansion, anticoagulant, blood lipid regulating treatment, the treatment group was treated with routine treatment based on the use of heart protecting musk pill, a course of 4 week. Before treatment, after treatment were observed symptoms, tongue, pulse, blood lipids, angina attack frequency and duration, electrocardiogram and the CD31,CD62P content effect.Result: By 4 weeks after treatment, clinical studies show the treatment group in the traditional Chinese medicine, blood lipid, total symptoms curative effect obviously surpasses the comparison group ( P 0.01 ); traditional Chinese medicine curative effect analysis of individual symptoms: chest pain, chest pain, shortness of breath, aversion to cold, fatigue, dizziness and other aspects of the improved significantly better than the control group ( P 0.01 ); treatment of group CD31, CD62P decreased significantly better than the control group ( P 0.05 ).Conclusion: 1 stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with CD31, CD62P has certain correlation. 2 heart protecting musk pill with aromatic temperature, regulating qi to relieve pain, can alleviate the clinical symptoms, regulate blood lipids levels, decreased CD31,CD62P.
