Gu Zhen  Abstract Objective:Through the observation after zi kidney invigorate the treatment of kidney blood stasis hair: tqbyp has good effect on allergic type sensorineural deafness patients before and after treatment neurological symptoms, physical signs of improvement,Further discussion of TCM theoretical connotation and cure the clinical treatment is more effective.Methods:Option meets kidney blood stasis syndrome sensorineural diagnostic criteria of patients neurogenic deafness 60 cases,use randomized method,Patients were divided into two groups:The treatment group and control group.Record two groups of patients improve symptoms and signs before and after the treatment.Using statistical software SPSS13.0 of statistical analysis,Doing descriptive statistics,Measuring material using t-test,Count with χ 2 test,level material with Ridit analysis, Sample size with rank and inspection test.Results:The treatment group improving patients symptoms, signs total score are more than the control group.By statistical processing,two groups of patients with clinical curative effect of gender, age, no significant sexual relations are associated with the clinical effect of course.Conclusion:Test results show that the total effective rate in treatment group is 76.67%,the total effective control is 53.33%,the total effective rate in treatment group is more than that in control group significantly.The treatment group patients tinnitus, ear plugging frowsty feeling, dizziness, lumbar debility, night all symptoms such as frequency is much better than that control group.Gender factors and curative effect, no significant sexual relations,age, duration of factors and curative effect has significant sexual relationship.
