摘 要 高校人才引进管理系统是一种具有交互能力的人才信息系统，它实现了一个互联网上的虚拟招聘会，学校可以在网上发布招聘信息，然后求职者根据自己的具体情况在线提交简历。它不但节省了企业为筹备现实中招聘会所需要的人力和财力，也方便了求职者。高校人才引进管理系统，是将学校的招聘信息和公布于求职者，从而方便企业和求职者，节省现实招聘会所需要的人力和财力。 本次开发的高校人才引进管理系统基于三层体系结构的开发，项目采用B/S模式，以ThinkPHP为开发框架，数据库系统采用MySQL，本系统使用PHP作为开发语言。同时在项目中运用到MVC的三层体系结构、Dreamweaver网页制作、Session会话等。高校人才引进管理系统在经历需求分析、编码、测试到最后整个项目的完成；本系统的主要功能有：用户管理、填写个人信息和简历、发布招聘信息、发布面试通知、发布录用通知、查看系统公告等功能。 关键字：用户管理；ThinkPHP；招聘信息；PHP；虚拟招聘会 Abstract With the rapid development of computer information technology and the wide application of Web information system, introducing talents in colleges and universities management system application of information and network become a current trend.
