摘要 本论文介绍一种香烟包装机撕带供给控制系统的设计，提供了一种电气传动方式的撕带供给控制系统的设计。该系统采用永磁式直流伺服电机为驱动源驱动撕带轴的转动，向包装机机构供给撕带。运用脉冲宽度调制（PWM）技术设计的电机驱动电路；采用80C51单片机为核心，运用闭环控制技术，并应用了信号隔离转换器等传感元件，控制永磁式直流伺服电机的运行，从而控制撕带轴的转动速度，保证撕带能够按机器包装的适时需要平稳供给。 关键词：撕带 PWM 单片机 直流伺服电机 ABSTRACT This thesis introduces the development of the tear tape feeding control system with electric transmission on the cigarette packing machine.
