摘要 随着计算机技术和INTERNET的日新月异，宽带视频点播技术因良好的人机交互性和流媒体传输技术备受教育，娱乐行业的青睐。这里我们结合平台开发实例，阐述了基于web的交互式视频点播系统的协议原理，软件结构和设计实现。 本视频点播系统根据流媒体的传输原理，模拟基于web的视频点播系统，实现用户信息管理；影片信息管理包括影片信息的增，删，改，查，影片上传；以及评论管理和影片分类管理的后台管理。由于本系统是一个小型的系统，所以我们使用SQL数据库，易于实现。具体实现中将HTML,C#和JAVASCRIPT完美融合，力求界面美观，操作流畅。 关键字：SQL2005 Abstract With advances in computer technology and INTERNET, broadband video on demand technology because of the good human-computer interaction and streaming media transmission technology is education, the entertainment industry.
