大学生网络购物现状的调查与分析 摘 要 对大学生网络购物行为特征进行调查和研究，有助于了解大学生网络购物的心理及选择方式，有助于针对大学生网络购物当中出现的一系列问题进行分析，从而得出解决方案，可以进一步推动我国网络购物市场的发展。本研究通过调查问卷和访谈的方式对大学生网络购物情况进行了五个方面的调查。对大学生网络购物行为进行调查，结果发现：大学生网络购物以服饰、图书音像制品、数码产品、考试资料及多媒体课程、虚拟物品为主；大学生网络购物主要出于自主选择性、新鲜好奇、时髦个性、趣味性等心理需求；大学生在网络购物时存在风险意识不强、自我保护措施较少等问题，并根据调查结果分析得出了大学生网络购物潜力大、购物网站集中度高等基本特征和一系列问题。为了完善网络购物市场，提出几点建议：提高大学生网络生活意识，建立更加健全的隐私保护体制，完善网络购物流程，增强网络安全保护意识。 关键词:网络购物，心理需求，障碍因素，建议 Researches and Analysis on Online Shopping of College Students ABSTRACT To research and analyze the behavior of online shopping of the college students will be helpful to understand the select model and get the possible solutions of the online shoppings development. This research based on survives and conversations through college students by 5 elements. the result shows: online shopping mainly focus on clothes, books and Audio-visual products, digital products, materials of examinations, multimedia classes, and virtual items. Online shopping mostly cater to a self-motivated psychology, curiosity. But they dont really have a consciousness of risk from online shopping. According to the research we could understand that college students hold a large potential of online shopping market, the Shopping websites with a high concentration and such a serious of problems. In order to improve the online shopping market, here I give some suggestions : Increase the awareness of the internet,a more robust system of privacy protection need to be built, Improve the online shopping process, enhanced network security awareness.
