安徽工业大学 毕业设计(论文)任务书 课题名称 常州易购商业楼建筑结构设计 学 院 建筑工程学院 专业班级 土木工程11－5班 摘 要 本毕业设计的课题是常州市易购商业楼建筑结构设计，主体结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，总长度为65m，总宽度为23m, 总高度为23m，总建筑面积为5695m2，共五层，底层和其余层层高均为4.2米。 本设计贯彻“适用、坚固、经济、美观”按照建筑设计的规范，认真考虑了影响设计的各种因素，考虑到建筑设计的功能、技术和形象。 本毕业设计主要完成以下内容：建筑设计：根据建筑的使用功能进行建筑的平面布置及建筑造型设计，并确定建筑材料及绘制建筑施工图；结构设计：结构布置及结构计算简图；确定梁、柱截面尺寸；荷载计算，包括重力荷载、水平地震作用等；荷载效应组合；梁、柱配筋计算；基础设计；绘制结构施工图。 本设计统筹考虑了建筑设计和结构设计的和谐统一，做到在合理的条件建筑设计更符合人们的审美观点，结构设计更安全可靠。 关键词：建筑设计，结构设计，钢筋混凝土，框架结构 Abstract The subject of this graduation project is the Commerce Building Design of Changzhou Yigou, and the form of the base structure of this building is frame structure of cast-in-place concrete,with the total length of 65m,with the total wedth of 23m,with the total height of 23.0m,and with the total built-up area of 5695m2.The building has five stories and the height of bottom layer and other layers are 4.2m. This design implementation of the “applicable,robust,economic,aesthetic” in accordance with the specification of the architectural design,seriously consider the various factors that affect the design ,taking into account the architectural design features,technologies and image. The purpose of the graduation design including the following contents:Architecture Design：according the building function to arrange the rooms of the building, determine the architectural style and the material of the building and draw the architectural working drawing；Stricture Design：Determine the construction arrangement and the calculate concise picture；Determine beam、column cross-section size；Load calculate.
