哈尔滨剑桥学院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目： 学 生： 指导教师： 专 业： 班 级： 2015年5月 摘要 供应链管理是社会经济发展的产物，供应链成本管理是供应链管理的重要组成内容。它将传统着眼于企业内部的成本管理思想和方法拓展到整个供需链中，是传统成本管理对竞争环境变化所做的一种适应性变革，是现代成本管理发展的必然趋势。供应链管理作为一种适应新的竞争环境的有效的管理模式，正逐步在管理实践中得到应用，相信今后对供应链成本管理的研究将不仅仅局限于理论上，而且在实践中也能不断地促进现代企业管理的发展。 本论文在对供应链及供应成本管理的理论研究的基础上，根据供应链的特点及其供应链成本管理的目标，提出关于供应链成本管理存在的问题及分析，并逐个提出解决方案。从而为提高企业效益，更好地实现企业目标，加强企业的竞争能力，提高顾客服务水平和增加企业盈利，提供科学决策的依据。 关键词：供应链；供应链成本；供应链管理；供应链成本管理；成本管理 Abstract Is the product of social and economic development of supply chain management, supply chainmanagement is an important component of supply chain management. Its traditional focus on the thought and method of cost management within the enterprise expanded to the entiresupply chain, traditional cost management is doing an adaptation to the changes in thecompetitive environment change is an inevitable trend of modern cost management. Supplychain management as a model of effective management to adapt to the new competitiveenvironment, is gradually been applied in practice and believes that the study of supplychain cost management not just in theory, but in practice also can continue to promote thedevelopment of modern business management. This thesis in supply chain management and supply chain cost management based ontheoretical studies, according to the characteristics of the supply chain and supply chaincost management objectives, on the problems of supply chain cost management and analysis,and propose solutions one by one. So as to improve the efficiency of enterprises, tobetter achieve business goals, strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises, improvecustomer service and increase the profitability of the enterprise and provide thescientific basis for decision-making.
