摘 要 交通诱导系统是智能交通系统 (Intelligent TransportationSystem，ITS)的重要子系统之一。它是诸多高新技术(如地理信息系统、定位技术、导航技术、现代无线通信技术等)的集成，具有多种功能。利用它可帮助驾驶员迅速找到从当前位置到达目的地的最佳行驶路线，协助出行者方便地进入到原先没有去过的地方，如果有实时交通信息的支撑，交通诱导系统能够有效地引导车辆在路网中运行，减少车辆在道路上的行驶时间，并最终实现交通量在整个路网中的均匀分配。 交通诱导系统自诞生以来，就受到了人们的普遍关注。许多发达国家如美国、德国、日本等将其列入国家研究计划，投入厂大量的人力、物力和财力对其进行研究。试验和开发。随着相关技术的成熟和系统的实用化，交通诱导系统在未来交通管理中将扮演越来越重要的角色。在我国，我国的基本国情决定了我们开发交通诱导系统的迫切性。我国是发展中国家，在面临经济的快速发展下，我国的交通拥堵现象却为我国的经济发展带来了不可忽视的损失。所以，我们开发交通诱导系统的是迫在眉睫。 交通流过程是不确定性很强的复杂过程,用传统的理论方法已经不可能有效解决交通流控制与诱导问题,交通诱导系统(route guidance system)必须智能化.该文评述了基于动态交通分配模型的交通诱导方法,指出其存在着模型理想化、局限于解析模型和忽视了人的参与作用等问题.提出了RGS的一种智化方案,介绍了基于学习机制来实现交通流短时预测和推理得交通诱导信息的原理,给出了交通诱导智能系统的结构,用仿真研究的结果说明了原理的有效性.得出了交通诱导智能化的案比依赖某种确定的数学模型的方案更可行有效的结论. 关键词:交通诱导系统；不确定性；交通流仿真 Abstract Traffic guidance system is the intelligent transportation system (Intelligent Transportation System, ITS) is one of the important subsystem.
