鉴于互联网金融P2P的模式研究 摘 要 文章首先主要介绍了互联网金融的概念以及国内外近几年的发展状况以及对理论的实践，其次选取互联网金融最具代表性的P2P网络借贷平台来进行分析，并运用“羊群行为”理论分析了P2P网络借贷平台数量爆发性增长的原因，以及其带来的各种法律问题和信用问题。最后通过P2P网络借贷平台的问题来分析互联网金融在发展初期出现的以上两个问题，并运用国内外互联网金融理论对其生存环境进行具体分析，提出风险规避、完善法律制度、建立完善信用体质等政策建议。 关键字: 互联网金融；P2P网络借贷平台；个人信用；风险规避 Research on Internet financial model: taking P2P as an example Abstract 　　　First of all, this thesis mainly introduces the concept of the Internet Finance and its development and practice of theory at home and abroad in recent years, then the P2P network lending platform as the most typical representative of Internet Finance is selected to analyze, and additionally the reasons of explosive growth of the number of the P2P network lending platform and its consequent various legal and credit problems are analyzed by means of herd behavior theory.
