本科毕业论文(设计) 2 题 目： 我国供应链金融现状及发展分析 Research on Intellectual Property Financing Risk Management摘 要 随着我国经济的迅速发展和科学技术的日新月异，知识产权融资这种新型的融资方式逐渐进入了人们的视线。然而，作为无形资产，知识产权相比于实物资产等有形资产在融资后仍然存在各种风险。因此，加强知识产权的风险监管成为推广这种新型融资方式的必要前提，已经引起了经济社会的广泛关注。一旦解决了风险监管的难题，我国的知识产权融资也将会走上蓬勃发展的道路。 因此，本论文选择将知识产权融资后的风险监管作为研究重点。首先，阐述了课题研究的背景及意义、国内外现状和论文研究内容；其次，分析知识产权融资的风险识别，简单梳理两种知识产权融资方式（知识产权质押融资和知识产权证券化）的基本理论，其各自的风险因素以及产生原因；然后，进行知识产权融资的风险评估，描述评估的具体方法；最后，研究知识产权融资的风险防范与化解，根据每种知识产权融资方式面临的风险寻求防范和控制的对策，找到分散和化解风险的措施。 关键词 知识产权质押融资 知识产权证券化 风险识别 风险防范 Abstract With the development of economy and technology in China, Intellectual Property(IP), as a new way of financing, has come into our life. However, as a kind of intangible asset, IP is easier to suffer from various risks compared with tangible assets during the process of financing. As a result, to promote this kind of new financing method, managing risks of IP becomes a necessay prerequisite waiting for us to investigate. Also, this hot iuuse has aroused wide attention of the economic society. As long as we solve the big problem of managing IP risks, the IP financing in our country would develop greatly. Due to the importance of managing risks of IP financing, I choose to focus on this hot topic. Firstly, the paper talks about the main content, including the background and the meaning of the topic I investigate, the present conditions of this issue in China and foreign countries, and the content of the topic. Secondly, I analyze the way to identify the risks of IP financing. Then I briefly introduce the basic concepts of the ways of IP financing (IP Pledge Financing and IP Securitization), the risk factors of their own and the reason why the risks happen. Thirdly, I describe how to appraise IP financing risks using concrete mathematics methods. Finally, I analyze the ways to take precautions against and defuse the IP financing risks. And according to the risks that each kind of IP financing faces, I find out the feasible solutions to control the ris
