┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 安徽工业大学毕业设计（论文）  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT V 摘 要 随着钢铁工业的发展，推钢式加热炉有渐渐退出历史舞台的趋势。而步进式加热炉则获得了长足的发展，步进式加热炉相对于推钢式加热炉节能效果更明显，布料更加灵活，可以处理大小不同的各种工件，提高了产品质量，而且消除了“起拱”和“粘钢”等危险。 本设计的设计首先综合分析介绍了关于步进式加热炉的基本信息，同时指出了其与推钢式加热炉的一些区别，再分别介绍了加热炉的各主要结构和天然气的燃料特征。计算部分则是首先进行燃料计算再讨论炉膛换热和金属加热的问题，然后根据各段加热时间计算炉膛主要尺寸。后面是炉子的热平衡计算，然后则是选取烧嘴和换热器结构形式选择。最后计算系统管路阻力金热选择需要的鼓风机和引风机。从而完成整个设计过程。 关键词：步进式加热炉， 天然气， 板坯 Abstract With the development of iron and steel industry, pushing reheating furnace of steel has gradually quit the stage of history.
