宫颈液基薄层细胞学检测联合阴道镜在筛查宫颈癌前病变中的价值 　　【摘要】目的：探讨宫颈液基薄层细胞学检测（TCT）联合阴道镜在筛查宫颈癌前病变中的意义。方法：通过对2009年1月至2014年6月在我院进行TCT联合阴道镜检查的705例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，同时对患者的宫颈多位点活检送病理检查，分析TCT联合阴道镜在筛查宫颈癌前病变中价值。结果：TCT检查患者特异性为9691%，敏感性为5921%，漏诊率为539%；阴道镜检查特异性为9772%，敏感性为9216%，漏诊率为099%；TCT联合阴道镜检查的特异性为9642%，敏感性为9592%，漏诊率为071%。结论：针对宫颈癌前病变患者采用宫颈液基薄层细胞学检测（TCT）联合阴道镜筛查可以提高检出率，可早期筛查宫颈癌早期病变，有利于早期诊断及治疗，临床值得推广应用。 中国论文网 /6/view-7217615.htm 　　【关键词】宫颈液基薄层细胞学检测；阴道镜；宫颈癌前病变 　　Clinic value of thin prep cervical cytology （TCT） combined colposcope in the screening of cervical lesionsWANG Shaoyun1， XIE Dong2. 1. Results： Specificity of TCT check was 96.91%， sensitivity was 59.21% and misdiagnosis rate was 5.39%； specificity of colposcope was 97.72%， sensitivity was 92.16% and misdiagnosis rate was 099%； specificity of TCT combined with colposcope was 96.42%， sensitivity was 95.92% and misdiagnosis rate was 071%.
