Along with the establishment and perfection of rural market economic system, diversification of production and operation of farmers’ development, and rural industrial structure adjustment, the rural financial market in constantly changing households’ credit demand, so that making a deep survey to know the farmers’economic demand and studying the main factors to know the trend of farmers’ demand, improve the farmers credit markets is particularly urgent and necessary. The paper based on relevant research results at home and abroad Starts from the households’ credit origin, concept, theoretical basis and significance, the present situation of the structure of households credit’s demand and comprehensive analysis about the farmers in Zhejiang province, this paper discusses existing problems. Firstly, through the basic information from farmers, families, credits’experience and local financial ecology, studies the influence factors of peasant households credit’s demand. And then choosing some farmers in Zhejiang, do a questionnaire survey to study rural residents in Zhejiang province about the present situation of the structure about household’ credit demand. Secondly, we divided the household credit demands into consumer credit and production demand, using the probit model study the structure and the influencing factors.
