内容摘要:目前，国际上中小企业的运作方式已从过去主要追求产量增长的生产型，演变为讲求产品量本利综合评价并以关注所有者权益最大化为基本特征的财务导向型。特别是我国加入WTO后，影响中小企业财务管理的相关因素变得空前复杂。作为我国国民经济重要组成部分的中小企业，对我国经济发展和社会稳定起着举足轻重的促进作用。但在其健康发展的过程中，却出现了相当一部分企业只追求销量和市场份额，忽视财务管理的核心地位。使得企业管理局限于生产经营型管理格局之中，企业财务管理的作用得不到充分发挥。从而导致其难以应对激烈的市场竞争，甚至危及生存。如何在市场经济条件下，谋求中小企业的健康发展，建立以强化财务管理为标志的现代企业制度，科学地进行资本运营，是值得关注的问题。 Abstract:At present, the international operation of small and medium enterprises in the past has been the main pursuit of production growth in production, the evolution of the product for about a comprehensive evaluation of the amount of principal and interest and concern for the rights and interests of owners to maximize the basic characteristics of financial-oriented.
