摘 要 完成了t/d（g/m2）纸抄纸车间的初步设计。首先进行了设计方案论证，工艺参数确定，根据所选的参数进行浆水平衡计算；然后根据计算结果并结合工厂的生产实践，进行设备选型；根据选型的结果进行了车间平面布置，并绘制车间平面布置图；最后进行经济概算，并给出了工艺流程图。 设计中采用了ZW24型0纸机，设计车速为m/min。 工艺方面，采用了%针叶浆和%化机浆两种原料进行抄造，并进行了打浆、加填、和表面施胶等工艺参数制定。 关键词：纸 造纸车间 工艺平衡计算 车间平面布置 ABSTRACT This design is about a papermaking workshop producing bible paper, with the base weight of g/m2, production 80 tons/day.
