本科毕业论文 题 目： 基于PLC的物料运送控制系统的设计 学 院： 机电工程学院 专 业: 班 级： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导老师： 完成时间： 2015年4月 摘要 随着经济快速发展，各行各业对生产运输效率提出了越来越高的要求。各个企业为了提高生产效率和市场竞争力，采用了机械化流水线作业的生产运输方式。企业中原有的人力体力劳动需要被自动化设备替代。在各种生产运输企业中，物料运送控制系统是非常重要的环节。尤其在恶劣通用的环境以及特殊的条件要求下，自动化的设备运输显得尤为重要，自动化生产运输具有简单高效、操作精准、抗干扰能力强等优点。 随着电力电子技术以及控制技术的发展，交流变频调速在工业电机拖动领域得到了广泛应用；可编程控制器PLC作为替代继电器的新型控制装置，简单可靠，操作方便、通用灵活、体积小、使用寿命长且功能强大、容易使用、可靠性高，常常被用于现场数据采集和设备的控制；组态软件技术作为用户可定制功能的软件开发平台工具，可实现显示电机转速，可实现远程调速控制，在PC机上可开发友好人机界面，通过PLC可以对自动化设备进行“智能”控制。在此，本次设计就是基于PLC的变频器调速系统。将现在应用最广泛的PLC和变频器综合起来主要功能实现了变压变频调速。 关键词：物料运送控制系统；可编程控制器；变频器调速 ABSTRACT With the rapid?development of economy,?all walks of life?put forward higher requirements?on the production of transportation?efficiency.
