Small and medium-sized enterprise develops international trade means that has a huge market. Except for the subjective and the objective shortcomings of the small and medium enterprises, all risks faced in the enterprise operation can抰 avoid, however, we can manage them, so we must realize the risk fully. To ensure maximum benefits of export and the safety and continuity of the operation, enterprise will take the appropriate measures to the risks faced in the business process. The government also plays a quite indispensable role in international trade. The government is not only need to fully realize the importance of the small and medium enterprise for national economy, but also need to actively reduce the operational risks of small and medium-sized enterprises, thus ensure that the national economic running smoothly.
