题目：我国食品安全问题研究 英文题目：Food safety research in China 姓 名 徐啟馨 学 号 2014111118 专 业 食品科学 课 程 食品安全学 教 师 陈 伟 2015年1月 我国食品安全问题研究 摘要：食品安全关乎人们的身体健康和生命安全，也关乎社会的稳定、经济的发展和国家的形象。当前，我国食品安全问题不容乐观，重大恶性食品安全事故时有发生，并造成严重后果。首先，我国的食品安全问题严重危害人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。其次，我国的食品安全问题考验政府的管理能力，影响政府的公信力。食品安全事故特别是重大的食品安全事故往往造成社会公众的恐慌，进而怀疑政府的管理能力;再次，我国的食品安全问题直接影响我国食品的对外贸易，影响出口创汇，甚至影响我国的国际形象。正因为食品安全问题己成为一大民生问题，所以研究解决食品安全问题也成为当今研究的重点和热点，具有重大的现实意义。基于这一思考，本文对我国食品安全问题做一些粗浅的研究。 关键词:食品安全；成因；对策 Abstract: food safety concerns peoples health and life security, is also about the stability of the society, the development of economy and the countrys image.Currently, the problem of food safety in our country is not optimistic, major malignant food safety accidents occur frequently, and cause serious consequences.First of all, our countrys food safety problems cause serious damage to peoples life safety and health.Second, Chinas food safety test of the governments management ability, affect the governments credibility.Food safety accidents, especially major food safety accidents often cause public panic, to doubt the governments management ability;Again, Chinas food safety problems directly affect the food in our country foreign trade, export, and even affect the international image of China.Because of the food safety problem has become a big problem of the peoples livelihood, so the solving the problem of food safety is the focus of current research and hot spots, is of great practical significance.Based on this thinking, this paper do some superficial research Chinas food safety problems.
