搬运性机械手的PLC系统设计

摘 要
随着科学技术的发展,工业生产的自动化要求越来越高。以人工操作的搬运和固定式输送带为主的传统物件搬运方式,不但占用空间也不容易更变生产线结构,需要人力监督操作,更增加生产成本,而且在工作中,人们经常会受到高温高湿、腐蚀和有毒气体等条件的危害,不仅增加了操作工人的劳动强度,还损害健康。工业机械手的问世,解决了各种相应难题。机械手是模仿人手的部分动作,按给定程序、轨迹和要求实现自动抓取、搬运或操作的自动机械装置。机械手一般由耐高温,抗腐蚀的材料制成,以适应现场恶劣的环境,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。本设计中用电磁铁吸附机械手代替传统的抓取型机械手,能增大适用范围,并且对工件在搬运中产生的压损较小。
可编程控制器(PLC)是以微处理器为核心的一种新型工业控制装置,它由控制器、存储器、I/O、接口等组成,能够实现各种逻辑运算,顺序控制、定时、计数及在线监控等功能,即能控制开关量,也能控制模拟量。由PLC控制的搬运性机械手控制系统动作简便、线路设计合理、具有较强的抗干扰能力, 保证了系统运行的可靠性,降低了维修率, 提高了工作效率。基于PLC控制机械手,综合了机械、液压、电气、计算机以及自动控制等先进技术,具有可靠性高、功能完善、组合灵活、编程简单、功耗低等优点。本文以西门子公司的S7-200系列PLC机,实现对搬运性机械手的控制。

ABSTRACT
With the development of science and technology, automation of industrial production is more and more high. The traditional way of conveying material handling belt in manual handling and fixed, not only occupy space is not easy to change the structure of the production line, need human supervision and operation, increases the production cost, but also at work, people often will damage under high temperature, corrosive and toxic gases and other factors, the increase in labor strength, damage to health. Industrial machinery hand appeared to be smoothly done or easily solved, the corresponding problems. Manipulator is part of action imitation of hand, according to the given program, track and demanding acquirement, handling and operation of automatic mechanical device. Mechanical hands by high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant material, in order to adapt to the harsh environment, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers, improves the work efficiency.
