广西科技大学 毕业设计说明书 课题名称 汽车主减速器、差速器设计 系 别 汽车与交通学院 专 业 车 辆 工 程 班 级 车 辆112班 学 号 201100205048 姓 名 温 文 法 指导教师 黄 雄 健 2015年 5 月 19 日 广西科技大学2015届毕业设计说明书 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT43 摘 要 本次设计是对目前市场上的轻型货车的主减速器进行一次较为深入的探讨，通过查阅资料、实地实习以及结合自身大学四年所学的专业知识，对汽车主减速器进行设计与计算，将最终完成的设计方案与目前市场上所生产的轻型货车主减速器横向对比、分析，从中寻找目前市场上的主减速的优点与不足。也借此积累自身对国内行业的主减速器的设计经验以及在设计弥补自己在专业知识上的不足。 设计过程中研究分析了汽车驱动桥、主减速器和差速器的选型方案，通过对比分析得出的选型方案分别为：断开式驱动桥—单级主减速器—普通行星式锥齿轮差速器。根据相关参考资料对主减速器和差速器进行设计计算以及对设计过程中得出结果进行验算校核，确定最终所有的设计参数均在设计要求范围内。这次设计的图纸均采用了目前市场工业常用的设计软件进行绘图，还使用了C语言程序设计对设计中部分参数计算进行了优化计算。 这次设计选用的材料加工工艺性能好，抗压强度高，可以满足设计中的各项性能指标，其他构件也都基本上采用国家规定的标准件，力求在零件的选用可以达到行业生产的标准。 关键词：驱动桥 主减速器 差速器 ABSTRACT This design is for light trucks currently on the market to conduct a more in-depth primary reducer discussion, through access to information, combined with their field of expertise and specialized knowledge learned university four years, for automobile design and calculation of main reducer, the final completion of the design and production on the market for light truck owners reducer horizontal comparison, analysis and find the main advantage of the current market slowdown and insufficient.
