空港污水处理厂工程初步设计 专业年级 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 评 阅 人 摘 要 本次毕业设计任务为南京市空港污水处理厂工程初步设计，该污水处理厂主要收集处理周边部分地区的生活污水，设计污水处理能力为4.0万m3/dCODCr=350mg/L，BOD5=160mg/L，SS=160mg/L，TN=35mg/L，NH3-N=30mg/L，TP=3mg/L，pH=6-9。设计出水水质要求达到《城镇污水污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级A标准，主要水质指标为：CODCr≤0mg/L，BOD5≤10mg/L，SS≤10mg/L，TN=15mg/L，NH-N≤5mg/L，TP≤mg/L。 在查阅文献的基础上，经过工艺比选论证，确定该污水厂工艺流程为：原污水→中格栅→污水提升泵房→细格栅→旋流式沉砂池→厌氧池→氧化沟→辐流式二沉池→紫外线消毒池→出水。该工艺具有流程简单，处理效果好，投资及运行成本均较低等优点。 设计成果包括文献综述，各处理构筑物设计说明书、设计计算书，污水处理厂平面布置图、高程布置图及主要构筑物的CAD图，英文文献翻译。 关键词：污水处理、氧化沟、脱氮除磷 ABSTRACT The design is for the second phase project of airport sewage treatment plant in Nanjing city, which is constructed for collecting and treating domestic sewage nearby in Jiangning. The design volume is the 40,000 m3 per day with the influent water quality as follows: CODCr=350mg/L, BOD5=160mg/L, SS=160mg/L, TN=35mg/L, NH3-N=30mg/L, TP=3mg/L, pH=6-9. The effluent quality should be up to the following criterion: CODCr≤50mg/L, BOD5≤10mg/L, SS≤10mg/L, TN=15mg/L, NH3-N≤5mg/L, TP≤0.5mg/L, which is the grade A standards of state discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB18918-2002). Based on reference reading, the progress flow was chosen as follows: original water→thick grille→pump room→slender grille→grit chamber→Carrousel oxidation ditch→secondary sedimentation tank→UV disinfector→effluent. The processing scheme has the advantage of simple flow, smaller land occupation, less cost and so on. The efforts of this project included reference overview, the design calculation and explanation of main construction, the plan layout and altitude chart of the sewage plant, the drawing of profiles of main construction by AutoCAD.
