一例320B挖掘机油门马达位置传感器失效的故障现象 Phenomenon of 8ES0893 320B excavator governor motor feedback sensor failure 故障现象： Phenomenon: 　　1、起动钥匙开关从“OFF”打到“ON”再打到“START”位置，第一次不能起动机器，如果返回“OFF”位置，再次起动，机器才能起动运转。 　　1、Turn the engine start switch from “OFF” position to “ON”, and then to “START” position, the engine should not run. If turn the engine start switch to “OFF” position, and turn the switch from “OFF” to “ON”, and then to “START” again. The engine can be started. 2、自动怠速和手动低怠速开关均不起作用。 　　2、AEC switch and the manual low idle can’t be operated, the engine speed always be in a higher level. 3、发动机转速旋钮控制不灵敏，发动机转速改变缓慢。当发动机转速旋钮改变位置时，实际的发动机转速在大约5秒钟后才能达到所设定的转速。 3、The engine speed dial controlling is not sensitive, and the engine speed changes slowly after the engine speed dial changing, the difference is about 5 seconds. the governor actuator feedback sensor 故障代码：2201 Error code:2201 故障分析： Failure analysis: 此故障的最突出的特点就在上述现象的第三条，即实际的发动机转速会在发动机转速旋钮设定大约5秒钟后才会达到一个相对稳定的状况。在正常情况下，控制器通过测量油门马达反馈传感器信号和发动机转速旋钮设置信号来控制油门马达动作。当油门马达位置传感器失效后，控制器便不能通过其感知油门马达运动的确切位置。但控制器有下述功能，即当发动机调速器致动器反馈传感器或其线路有故障时，控制器会根据发动机转速传感器的输入信号和转速旋钮设置信号来控制调速器致动器动作，从而控制发动机的速度。只是调节速度较正常情况慢而已。 The outstanding feature of the failure is the 3rd phenomenon of the above mentioned. That is the actual engine speed can reach a stable lever about 5 seconds after the engine speed dial selected. During a normal condition, the controller controls the engine speed by matching the feedback sensor signal and the engine speed dial setting signal. When the feedback sensor failures, the controller can’t know the exact position of the governor actuator move. But the controller has bellow function. that is if a problem occurs in feedback sensor and/or its circuit when there is no hydraulic demand, the controller controls the engine speed by monitoring signals from the engine speed sensor and the engine speed dial setting.
